Sorry for the inconvenience. I rebuilt the table of contents page in my updated
Netscape browser to make it easier and faster for me to edit pages in the future...
but in doing so the address had to be changed. Also, the "Back to Table of Contents"
on many of the other pages will no longer work, so just use your "BACK" button on everything.  I will get everything fixed eventually, but it will take some time.
Just change your bookmarks and use the back button.
